Making sense of complex information

Healthwatch England is the national consumer champion in health and care. Healthwatch have significant statutory powers to ensure the voice of the consumer is strengthened and heard by those who commission, deliver and regulate health and care services. Initially Healthwatch approaches us to design their 2014 Annual Report, this led to additional report led projects as well as building a reprository of infographics and photographic resources to use across Healthwatch’s network of 120 local Healthwatch offices.
