The Model Hospital is a new digital information service provided by NHS Improvement to help NHS Trusts improve their productivity and efficiency. We designed the process material to help communicate how the new service works. This involved developing a campaign logo, documents, icons and posters.

Help encourage more people to have their say on health and care. The more that people share their ideas, experiences and concerns about NHS and social care, the more services can understand when improvements are needed. That is why Healthwatch England are encouraging people to speak up and help to make services better for their communities. We helped by devising a simple but impactful campaign logo and designing the social media assets for Healthwatch to use across their social channels. We also designed campaign posters which are editable within an online system for the local Healthwatch offices to devise case study examples of good practice. #ItStartsWithYou
We helped membership expert and micro business, Optimist Consulting, review their brand image with a identity which communicates a personality of purpose, optimism and professionalism. As ever, and living up to our mantra, we like to help businesses large and small. In the case of smaller businesses who approach us for help, they are able to access big agency thinking without resorting to big agency budgets.
New work about to go up for an exciting and dynamic platform with the purpose of enabling organisations to crowdsource ideas. We devised the identity and website UI. Working with an overseas web development agency we assisted the client in supporting the backend development and testing process - you can see the website in all it's glory here
We've worked with Healthwatch England for a number of years now working; everything from logos, annual reports, report templates for local Heathwatch's as well as devising suits of icons and art direction and photography. We like the small projects and especially those that support campaigns. We recently helped with a campaign logo to encourage the public to speak out about a range of issues that affected them. We've been working with Plane Saver Credit Union for some months to help refresh their brand image and breath new life into their promotional literature. Plane Saver Credit Union was initially set up for British Airways engineers, its now grown to one of the top five and expanded it's offer to all those in the travel industry as well as one of the names behind Joining Forces, a joint venture to offer facilities to members of the Armed Forces.
For the third year running we've designed the Heathwatch England Annual Report. Often working to tight deadlines, this years report built on the Healthwatch's work across England with the concept that 'every voice matters' and highlighted the fantastic work undertaken by local Heathwatch's to engage with NHS customers to gauge and evaluate experiences.
