We have worked with NAPA for nearly as long as we have been around. NAPA (National Activities Providers Association) are a membership charity which supports care home activity providers. They have been at the forefront of offering support and assistance to care homes and in fact even non-members.
We design a quarterly membership magazine which is packed with news, events, best practice, training and things to do. It’s a valuable resource for staff. We have been proactive in helping NAPA reduce costs and re-imagine the magazine in a digital format. The new magazine is navigable, accessible compliant and optimised for digital devices.
The quality improvement programmes support the NHS Patient Safety Strategy an operates across five key areas, each with differing needs and priorities but with the same goal of supporting positive culture of safety, partnership with pateients and familieis, shared learning and continuous improvement.
Our goal was to divise a simple way of pulling the areas into one simple signposting solution that adhered to the NHS brand guides.
